Friend Codes on forums is bad news

The friend
codes system, in my opinion, is being worserned by the continuous use
of internet forums. Forums are not structual and therefore cannot
provide a sound platform on which to store friend codes. You might find 10-20 users on one forum, then it's onto the next, then the next, very tedious.
It's very difficult to convince others that friend horde is a viable solution when it doesn't contain many friend codes to begin with. Forums are of course a great way to convey information and thoughts to a public audience.
Maybe I should consider a forum on this site...
